At TYLORENTH, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Items should be unused and undamaged.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Final sale merchandise.
• Customized or personalized orders.

Returns Process

2. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and labels.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
